Raquel Baldelomar is an entrepreneur, a health and wellness journalist, and a published author.

She is Founder and CEO of Quaintise, a marketing and branding agency, and CEO of Wellness Holdings, the manufacturer of HPD Rx, a line of women’s health and immunity supplements sold on e-commerce platforms.

Raquel has a finance degree from the MBA-modeled Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin.  She began her career managing private equity portfolios as a financial analyst for JP Morgan Private Bank.

In 2015, Raquel co-authored the book, Sugar Crush: How to Reduce Inflammation, Reverse Nerve Damage, and Reclaim Good Health (HarperWave) and her journalism on work-life balance, executive lifestyle and femininity in the workplace has been featured on CNN, Robb Report, Leisure & Hospitality, Forbes, Food & Drink, and Luxury Travel Magazine.

As a travel journalist, Raquel writes about how business executives can use travel to restore balance, creativity, and wellness. Her travel writing has been published on Luxury Travel Magazine and on her Instagram channel.

Raquel is the host and executive producer for The Mega Podcast, which delves into how people achieve balance in their lives while pursuing their unique goals of health, wealth and happiness. Her goal is to share with audiences stories that educate people on how to maintain balance in their lives while pursuing goals that bring them productivity, creativity, and wellness.

With over 55,000 Instagram followers and YouTube subscribers, Raquel is a social media influencer to a demographic group of professional business men and women.
